Stuffed Animal: Bat
A fun little critter to challenge myself with on the sewing machine. The bat pattern is by BeeZeeArt.

I hand stiched a few spots: where the head attaches to the body, at the ears to fix them in a more upright position, and at the feet to set them perpendicular to the body so that the bat can sit.
Overall, the pattern was laid out fairly clearly.
The most difficult part for me was definitely machine sewing the pieces of the head together with the ears while trying to make sure I did not deform the face and ear alignments.
The main fabric (cow print) that I went with was a bit too stiff and gives the bat a sharper face than I would like. I think I also should have given the snout point some more seam allowance.
The bat does not have toes on its feet! I had some trouble getting them to turn them right-side-out correctly (stiff fabric, small size). As you can see in the picture below where the feet are still inside-out, I need more practice with small turns on the sewing machine.
